Default Array merge and session start errors

I've just installed CMPS 4.2.1 into a vBulletin 4.2.0 site.

Any page I visit that's integrated with the CMPS, I get these 3 errors at the top of the page:

Quote:
Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #1 is not an array in [path]/includes/init.php(336) : eval()'d code(66) : eval()'d code on line 3

Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #2 is not an array in [path]/includes/init.php(336) : eval()'d code(66) : eval()'d code on line 3

Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at [path]/includes/class_core.php:5615) in [path]/includes/facebook/facebook.php on line 37
I can get rid of the last error by disabling the FB feature of my forum (which I don't want to do), and the first 2 error lines have me completely baffled.

Someone else posted about this before, but he was trying to integrate the CMPS with the built in vB CMS. I'm not trying to do that.

This happens even with no modules installed on the pages.

Any ideas?

Just troubleshooting... I uninstalled CMPS 4.2.1 and installed CMPS 4.2.0 to see if it would make a difference.

It didn't.

If I'm logged in I receive those three errors above, but the rest of the page loads. When I log out I receive the first 2 errors above and the following, and nothing else on the page:

Quote:
Unable to add cookies, header already sent.
File: /home/xxxx/public_html/forum/includes/class_core.php
Line: 5615

I haven't heard of an error like this before... Try disabling all other products/plugins that you have installed and see if you still receive the same errors.

There are several other threads here related to the same types of errors but I can't find one with a solution.

I have no other products active. Just vBulletin 4.2.0 Suite and vBadvanced CMPS 4.2.1

It's definitely a conflict with vB 4.2 and CMPS 4.2.1 as the pages that aren't integrated don't have this problem. You can see it here:

http://www.stenvalldesign.com/forum and
http://www.stenvalldesign.com/forum/cmps_index.php

(The only two page with integration right now.)

I don't know if this helps, but I asked my server-host company to take a look for me and try and give a direction to go. This is what they replied with:

Quote:
It appears it is trying to load an array of database connections that
aren't defined (previously in the code) as an array. This would be similar
to using a binary operator on a string variable and will throw errors as it is
the wrong type.

Fixed.

I created a completely new development site (VB 3.8.7 upgraded to VB 4.2.1) and redid everything. I don't know what I did different (I may not have disabled products prior to upgrading vBulletin the first time) but on this new site there are no errors with CMPS.
