i also noticed that the admin / mod/ search / new posts / log in /
the member / user cp / calendar are ok

also when i go into the forums and i click on the links to the forums it adds an extra /forum/ to the link so it is
mysite/forum/forum/blah blah

i have tried that and i have taken the skin out and reinstalled it as a child of the default so i fixed some of the issues with links. although in the cmps page the home button points to www.mysite.com instead of www.mysite.com/forum
i have the settings for the site direction correct in the admin cp
i have the portal page in the public_html directory and then i have the forum in the
public_html/forum
directory

What do you have set for your 'Forum URL' and 'Home URL' in your main vB options? Can you post a link to your site?
