Please help, error after changing host

I am getting this error after moving host:

Warning: main(./global.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/lounge/public_html/index.php on line 27

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required './global.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/lounge/public_html/index.php on line 27

Any ideas what it means?

Brian my path its actually correct. I checked twice.
What could be wrong?

From the above it looks you have your chdir set to be "/home/lounge/public_html/index.php" instead of "/home/lounge/public_html".

Its set to: /home/lounge/public_html/forums

ok its fixed now the file was corrupt, I got a new one.
