Default Who supports vBa?

I'm new here, but from what I've gathered, Brian is the "head honcho" here..
Is he the only one with access to support tickets? I only ask because I've had a ticket open for 2.5 days now and my topics in the trouble shooting are kind of going unanswered.. Also, Brians last post was on the 10th (two days ago).

I'm assuming he's been absent cause it was his birthday or whatever, which I completely understand. I just would like to know if anyone else has access to support issues in my case, or if I'll be patiently waiting to hear from Brian.

Thanks,

Yeah, I think he's out of town. There's at least two other support staff also. Not sure...

Cool. I notice you help out a lot too Conq, but since you're not a developer (unless I'm assuming wrong) there's only so much that you can do..

xbleed,

The current staff consists of Brian, Zachery, and at the bottom of the totem pole is me (I just came onboard recently). Brian is indeed the developer.. If there any support tickets that Zachery or I can answer we try to but Brian usually handles them. For the installs it could be any one of us doing it.

It's been pretty quiet here the past few days because Brian is out of town for a few days for his birthday, Zachery also happened to have been born on Feb. 11 so I'm sure he's been celebrating his and I just got back in town from being in New York all day (yesterday I was tied up doing some installs).

I'll take a look at your ticket and see if there is anything I can do.

Kevin

Brian Runs the show, I deal with tickets and I am also a sysadmin incase **** happens. Kevin is support staff as well, hes just not a sysadmin

As Kevin explained, if there is somthing beyond either kevin or me, we usualy leave it for brian.

Suggestion:

If you guys cannot answer a ticket because it is something that Brian needs to take care of, state that in response to the ticket rather than leaving the customer with the impression that they are being ignored.

Other than that, keep up the great work!

Cheers,

~Regs.
