news block - doesnt show up

I have the correct id for the news block but it does not show up for some reason. I have all the permissions set right on the forums so i dont think that is a problem. My other blocks work just great, except for the news block. Any help is appreciated.

or you should set your main page to Default/Homepage instead of page..
