Brian,
Further taking our discussions about unique modules per forum, got another question for you. Looking through the theory, I would have had to add nearly 600+ templates and pages to have custom content. There has to be a better way. That said, and I'm not a coding guru... I can do basic stuff, but anyway, is there a way to pass a forum ID to a module so it could just be dynamic? What I see is having a db table and module, lets say call Links. When you are on the Forum with ID for 4, it pulls those links and displays them... when you are in Forum 5, you get those links, etc. So I guess in building this my first question is there a way that a module can pull the current forumid? Or am I fighting a losing battle? |

I'm not sure I get how it works. I tried to get it to echo the forumid and couldn't get it. Kept getting "Resource #20" when using it?

Are you trying to use $forumid in a template or in a file? There's not any reason I can think of that it shouldn't work in either...
