Lightbulb Using vbadvanced modules on non vbadvanced page?

I have a website that just wouldn't work if I used the whole Vbadvanced framework. All I really want to do is use some of the modules on some of the pages. Is there any way I can take (for example) the last 10 posts module and show it on one of my pages that has nothing to do with Vbadvanced?

I tried accessing the modules directly but it didn't work for obvious reasons...

There are instructions on how to integrate the CMPS with any of your forum pages in the users manual available in the Members' Area here and all modules can be turned off on a per-page basis.

I'm sorry, what I mean is I have a website with several static HTML pages. I want to include modules (like the last 10 posts module) into my static pages. I want to change anything on the forums, just display that information on other portions of my site.

You can't have dynamic content on a static page.

I know I can't have dynamic content on a static page, what I mean was I just wanted to have a php file that is mostly static content and then be able to include certain modules on it. Kind of like cmps_index.php, but I want several of them with different blocks included on each one. Is that possible?

So I might have page1.php and this one includes the last 10 posts module from forum A.

I then want to have page2.php and this one includes the last 10 posts module from forum B.

page1.php and page2.php look completely different and have totally different content, but they are part of the same site.

The easiest way is still going to be to use the CMPS and just add the content from your current pages.

Can I use a different master template on each page? I guess that's my question.

You can't use a different "master" template, but you can use a different template and should be able to make each page look just about as different as you would like.
