Right collumn not showing up.

I have a few issues,

My right collumn isn't showing up even though they are active. Also I can't figure out how to make a custom block like I could in the old version. I assume these are called modules now? Are there instructions on how to add new blocks/modules?

Is there any additional information I can provide that would help resolve this?

What blocks do you have enabled on the right side? Have you made sure they're enabled for the page itself? (vBa CMPS Options => Edit Pages => Homepage / Default => in the "Modules Enabled" section)
To create a custom module you simply create a new template called "adv_portal_whatever". Then go to the "Add Module" page and add it through there. As long as you read the description for each option then you shouldn't have any problems.

I think I figured it out, I believe my module is gone, but for some reason still showing in my control panel.
