Send to Friend link on CMPS only works for Admins

On my CMPS page, the Send to Friend links only work for Administrators (have not tried Moderators) but I want it to work for Registered users. What am I missing?

Yes, Between the Reply button and Show Printable Version. When you mouse over it reads, "Send to Friend" but when opened the Navbar shows "Email to Friend."

How exactly does it not work for registerd members? Is the button not there, does it give you a no permission page when clicked on, or what exactly?

The button is there, and yes when clicked, users recieve the vbulletin Message of ".., you do not have permission to access this page..."

Sounds like you either have your forum permissions set not to allow registered members to view that forum, or you're not allowing them to send links to friends.
