If you have the navbar disabled, using the Site Navigation module as a kind of navbar would add the similar functionallity. If somebody has a lot of pages, it would be nice to see exactly where you are and what the next or prior page is.

Well, I got tired of waiting for a response, so I just figured it out on my own. I replaced the contents of adv_portal_navigationbits with the following:
