Default Upgraded VB and vBa, error on main page

I've upgraded to 3.0.8 and RC2, and I get this error on the front page:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /includes/vba_cmps_include_bottom.php on line 297

It doesn't seem to harm anything else. Any ideas?

BTW, this is visible at www.clemsontalk.com.
